Salary: $38,972 to $47,207 Annually

 Job Description: Primarily serves as the administrator of the agencies clinical database system to coordinate transfer and reconciliation of data with state agencies. Position also has other duties pertaining to desktops and servers.
Education: High School Diploma or GED; Prefer Associates or Bachelor Degree in MIS or related field (experience and documented training can be substituted for education)
Experience: Basic knowledge of database structures and concepts, SQL queries, client record systems and business application software. Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, Terminal services, Microsoft Office, and a Windows operating environment preferred.
Hours of Work: 8am—5pm; Monday—Friday; some activities may require worked be performed after normal business hours and some local travel is required.
Licensures/Certifications:  Valid Texas driver’s license and must be insurable by Agency insurance.
Physical Requirements: Light lifting under 15lbs., moderate carrying 15-50lbs., simple grasping, walking, sitting, standing, operating a motor vehicle, operating office equipment, ability to see and hear (with aid), ability to read, write, count, ability to maintain confidentiality and to work closely with others; ability to pass the Preventative Management of Aggressive Behavior (PMAB) Training as well as all other physical requirements for this position.
