Salary: $20,688 to $22,738 Annually

Job description: To provide administrative support to Continuity of Care Unit and ESIR unit (as needed). Support includes generating reports, entering data, monitoring inpatient admissions, completing spreadsheets, monitoring and processing faxes and emails of discharge paperwork and client prescriptions, entering program assignments into Iserv for inpatient care episodes, and generating daily utilization reports.
Education: Required High school diploma or high school equivalency certificate issued in accordance with the law of the issuing state
Experience: Required two years of relevant experience in administrative assistant work with basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel and internet. Ability to maintain records, prepare routine reports, ability to make basic mathematical computations and to understand and follow oral instructions. Have some knowledge of medical terminology.
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm generally, however hours may be flexible based on the needs of the individuals served and their families/advocates.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid Texas driver's license and must be insurable by Agency insurance.
Physical Requirements: Light lifting under 15 lbs., moderate carrying 15-44 lbs., simple grasping, walking, sitting, standing, operating a motor vehicle, operating office equipment including a computer, ability to see and hear (with aid), ability to read, write and count, ability to maintain confidentiality, ability to work closely with others.
