Salary: $53,934 to $59,095 Annually

Job Description: Responsible for the day to day oversight and supervision of the Utilization and Quality Management department in the development and monitoring of processes to ensure effective management of clinical resources, and the quality delivery and ongoing improvement of mental health and intellectual developmental services in accordance with applicable laws and the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) contract requirements. Responsibilities also include oversight of utilization reviews and approving level of care for mental health services in accordance with State utilization management guidelines.
Education: Requires Licensure as an LPC, RN, LCSW, or LMFT.
Experience: Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the treatment of individuals with mental illness or chemical dependency, with a least 1 year in program oversight.; must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
Hours of Work: 8:00am—5:00pm, M-F; adjustments in work hours may be warranted to meet the needs of the program.
Licensure/Certification: Be licensed to practice in the State of Texas as a: Licensed Professional Counselor; Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist; Registered Nurse, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Physical Requirements: Ability to drive a vehicle; communicate effectively both verbally & written; ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time; Good computer skills are a must; ability to pass the Preventative Management of Aggressive Behavior (PMAB) Training as well as all other physical requirements for this position.
