Salary: $19,450 to $22,243 Annually.
Salary is based on education and experience
Job Description: Performs beginning level work providing shift supervision to clients with intellectual disabilities. Position will assist consumers with intellectual disabilities in a residential group home setting. Position will implement training and service objectives and assess clients’ needs and strengths. Person is responsible for maintaining proper clinical documentation. Person must demonstrate and maintain competency in job functions.
Education: Require High School diploma or GED.
Experience: Prefer experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities.
Hours of Work: Evening shift; Hours of work may vary.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid Texas driver's license and must be insurable by Agency insurance.
Physical Requirements: Sight, hearing, ability to walk, ability to talk, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., ability to communicate effectively; ability to pass the Preventative Management of Aggressive Behavior (PMAB) Training as well as all other physical requirements for this position
