Salary: $30,741 to $33,999 Annually                   Salary is based on education & experience

Job Description: This position supports day to day operations by performing administrative tasks and ensuring high quality customer service to our clients.  This position performs various tasks on a daily basis and must be able to multitask and prioritize.  The expectation to handle sensitive information confidentially is also essential.  Ensure our behavioral health care office operates efficiently by accurately completing administrative tasks in a timely manner.  Responsibilities include updating and maintaining client’ health records; assisting clients with paperwork; scheduling and coordinating medical appointments; using medical software to support all transactions; answer clients’ queries and ensure quality customer service; collaborate with prescribers, nurses, and clinical staff to help with client care; ensure compliance with procedures.
Education: Required High School diploma or high school equivalency certificate issued in accordance with the law of the issuing state.
Experience: Relevant experience in administrative support services with basic computer knowledge. Ability to maintain clerical records, prepare routine reports, ability to make basic mathematical computations and to understand and follow oral instructions. Have some knowledge of medical terminology.
Hours of Work: Monday—Friday 8am to 5om generally, however hours may be flexible based on the needs of the individuals served bad their families/advocates.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid Texas’s driver’s license and must be insurable by Agency insurance.
Physical Requirements: light lifting under 5 lbs., moderate carrying 15-55 lbs., simple grasping, walking, sitting, standing, operating a motor vehicle, operating office equipment including a computer, ability to see and hear (with aid), ability to read, write, and count, ability to maintain confidentiality, ability to work closely with others.
